Vocal lessons

If you need help with your voice in speaking, voice lessons are right for you. In this case, we focus on themes in voice quality & volume, as well as possible problems, such as the inability to shout/whisper and various voice fatigue and hoarseness problems. In these intuitive voice lessons, we keep everything else from the singing lessons, but we replace the singing with voice exercises that integrate the voice production in everyday life. Heart speech, i.e. speaking from the heart, is also activated when the intuitive voice finds its way in you. Voice exercises are versatile and activate the whole vocal capability.

Singing lessons

Your starting level when signing up for classes can be anything from beginner to professional. Singing always starts from where you are, and leads its own unique route to where you are willing to go.

My coaching is based on these elements:

• Inner body-mind-soul connection
• Natural, primitive vocal muscles

• Intuitive action = singing and heart talk
  

I guide intuitive meditations and voice yoga to open the body-mind-soul connection. When the connection is open, it is easier to practice vocal techniques. With a Zen-like approach, we approach the anatomy of singing in your body, which you need for healthy and beautiful voice production.
The cause of the problems is usually that the natural muscles involved in voice production are not active, do not work correctly, or even the wrong, unnecessary muscles are involved in the voice. This causes various problems and difficulty in singing.

When done right, singing feels as free as breathing.

And this experience is what I want to give to my students.

Finding the right muscles requires concentration, and that’s why the ability to be quiet inside is of the utmost importance, so that we can listen to the body’s subtle sensations and learn from them.
Voice exercises are versatile and activate the healthy voice production.

The songs we sing are songs from different genres according to your own interests, as well as intuitive improvisation for different backing tracks.
If you wish, I use intuition to choose songs for you that serve your development as a singer. Each song is like a different path that you learn something new from. Improvisation develops your ability to create your own path as a singer, as well as courage as a person.

Emotional and energy work is part of singing lessons with me. Authentic performance and genuine heart-to-heart singing require emotional and energy connection, and that is why, as a pop/rock singing teacher, I offer tools to develop them for singers of all levels.

Opening the body’s energy systems with voice channeling.

The source singing lessons are a new way of approaching singing and vocalizing that I have developed. This is based on channeling your voice from a completely internal connection, which can take the form of any vocalization – from primitive rumblings and vague sounds to beautiful, skillful channelings of soul songs and singing in the language of light.

Voice channeling develops as your inner energy channel clears and expands, and you learn to use your body’s primitive vocal muscles to channel voice without hindrance.

What is channeling?

Channeling is the process of revealing information and energy not limited by our conventional notions of space and time that can appear receptive or expressive.

In these classes we practice, among other things, chakra vocals that open and cleanse your chakra centers, and we learn to hear the inner soul connection to Mother Earth and Father Heaven, through which new melodies and frequencies are channeled as sound.

Source singing classes are a unique content that supports holistic development as a conscious person and singer. These classes are also a great way to include your own voice in your toolbox, for example, if you are already an energy healer, or otherwise work with the energies. I highly recommend these classes for singers, because in order to get a soulful voice, the direction of the voice must be from the inside out, also mentally/spiritually.

  I teach how to sense and feel energy through simple Qigong and breathing exercises.
  
• Meditations
  Awakening your inner connection is an essential part of the process, so the ability to meditate and sense your own inner world opens up through deep vocal meditations.

  These exercises will create a strong connection with your own chakras and the ability to cleanse and harmonize them with your own voice. A pure and beautifully sounding voice requires a harmonious chakra system if you want to be able to sing from your soul, with your whole being, and not just with a voice controlled by the mind.
  
• Source singing
  The source song is a journey into the depths of your soul with your voice, and with the support of my presence, you will be able to channel your own source’s songs.
  
• Your path
  The most important aspect of studying the source singing is your own path and journey as a human soul. You can come to the classes with all your honest feelings, without protective shells or masks. With me you can breathe freely and let go of feelings that no longer serve you. I am with you as a compassionate presence and an aid to self-reflection.
